How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the size guide page. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us

What do I do if the knot bow head wrap is too tight or loose?

The head wraps can be untied and retied to better fit your baby. Refer to the video on Instagram page to learn how to retie the headwrap.

What is the return policy?

Since every product is handmade, we are unable to accept return at this time. However, if the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

How long is the processing time?

All our products are made to order, so our current processing time is 1 week. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation once your product(s) have been made.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address or shipping method?

Please be sure to double check your shipping address and shipping method before completing the order. If we haven’t created a shipping label, we can change the address. If a shipping label has been created, you will need to pay for another shipping label.

Can I use more than one discount code?

We only allow one discount code per order.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package.

Do you offer International shipping?

Unfortunately, we are not at this time. We are working on it!

What are the care instructions?

For the bandanas, hand wash in cold water and lay flat to air dry. Iron if needed

For bows and bow head wraps, only spot clean

What sizes do Jameson and Stella wear?

Jamesons is a 55 lbs medium size goldendoodle who wears a medium.

Stella is a 18 lb mini goldendoodle who wears a small. She can also comfortably fit the x-small size bandana using the end snap-on buttons.
